Barrelhouse Blend Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe
Looking for a good way to eat those fresh garden veggies? Try this roasted red pepper hummus made with BOOTLEG Barrelhouse Blend.
1 15oz can Garbanzo beans drained
1/3 cup roasted red peppers
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbs Bootleg Barrelhouse Blend
Place everything in food processor and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil if needed to make smooth.
