BOOTLEGGERS Beer Cheese Soup #1 Recipe

Outlaw Surf & Turf Beer Cheese Soup

Here is a great comfort soup for cold winter days! Outlaw Surf & Turf beer cheese soup with Speakeasy Seasoned Salt popcorn. 

Ingredients:

1 can light beer
1 tablespoon chicken base 
1 half brick Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Mexican cheese
1/4 cup diced smoked sausage link (any smoked sausage) diced 
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 onion diced and sautéed with 1 garlic clove
I/4 cup sour cream
I/4 cup half and half 
1 tsp Outlaw Surf & turf 

Cook in crockpot until almost to boil. Top with popcorn seasoned with Speakeasy Seasoned Salt, parsley and a shake of Tabasco.
