Carrot soup seasoned with Bootleg Barrelhouse Blend
Add some spice and a little heat to a traditional carrot soup with Bootleg Barrelhouse Blend.
- 2 LBS carrots, rough chopped
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Bootleg Barrelhouse Blend
- 2 Tbsp.fresh chopped ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. tumeric
Directions: Simmer in pot until tender. Then blend soup with immersion blender. You can garnish with heavy cream and thyme.
