Outlaw Surf & Turf Clam Chowder

BOOTLEG Outlaw Surf & Turf clam chowder made with fresh Florida clams! Delicious.

2lbs chopped clam meat and liquor (juice)from clams.
16oz clam juice in jar
2 large baking potatoes
1 large white onion
5 strips thick cut bacon
32oz chicken bone broth
32oz half and half
3 Tbs Outlaw Surf & Turf
2 stalks celery
3 Tbs corn starch

Cooking Instructions: Brown bacon. Finely chop onion, potato and celery, then add in pan with bacon. Sauté for 5 min, then add chicken broth, bring to boil for 5 min. Mix corn starch in a little water and add to pot. Reduce heat to low. Add clams, juice, Outlaw Surf & Turf and half and half. To serve, put in bowl and dust with Outlaw Surf & Turf.
