Outlaw Surf & Turf Meatballs

Spice up your handmade meatballs with Bootleg Outlaw Surf & Turf. This coarse spice blend offers a salty, savory garlic and onion flavor with a hint of red bell peppers, adding a unique flavor profile to any red meat!
Ingredients:
3 slices stale bread torn into small pieces
1/2 cup half and half
2 eggs
1/2 onion diced fine
1-1/2 Tbs Bootleg Outlaw Surf & Turf
2 lbs ground beef
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place in crock pot with your favorite BBQ sauce on low for an hour. Lower temp to warm and enjoy!
