Outlaw Surf & Turf Sous Vide Octopus
Yes, Outlaw also works to season octopus! This is a very tasty and tender recipe.
1. Blanch octopus for 30 seconds in boiling water
2. Season with Outlaw Surf & Turf
3. Add some olive oil and vacuum pack
4. Sous Vide for 5 hours at 170
5. Pour juice from bag into pan with a little white wine vinegar and reduce by half at medium heat
6. Slice octopus, place on plate and drizzle with reduced sauce
