Walleye Sandwich - BOOTLEG style!
A twist on the walleye sandwich with the Outlaw Surf & Turf.
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp pickled jalapeno (finely chopped)
1 lemon peel (grated)
4 walleye fillets
4 buns (toasted)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp Bootleg Outlaw Surf &Turf
Preheat broiler. In a small bowl combine mayo, jalapenos, and grated lemon. This is for spreading onto toasted bun, set aside. Arrange fish on foiled baking dish and spread 1/2 of this mayo mixture on fish. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, butter and Outlaw Surf & Turf; then sprinkle on the fish. Broil until the fish flakes (about 5-7 minutes). Place on buns and dress with tomatoes and lettuce.
