Prohibition Sous Vide Turkey - Turkey breast seasoned with Prohibition Pig Rub (yes, Prohibition Pig Rub isn't just for pork) and Outlaw Surf & Turf using the Sous Vide cooking technique. Delivers great flavor and a quality finished product. We parted out a 12 lb turkey, then took the breast and coated one with Prohibition Pig Rub and one with Outlaw Surf & Turf. Sous Vide the turkey breast for 8 hours at 137. Perfectly cooked throughout the entire turkey breast.

Still have leftover sous vide turkey? BBQ Pizza? We did a homemade BBQ sauce that was a little sweet and had a good vinegar bite. Some left over Prohibition Pig Rub sous vide pork loin. Put the two together on a low carb tortilla with a little Prohibition Pig Rub dusting on top. It is not a pepperoni pizza but very good and will hit the dinner rotation!
