Rum Runner 6 Kale Pasta with Hen of the Woods Mushrooms and Artichokes


This dish delivers all the satisfaction of a great meat dish! BOOTLEG Rum Runner 6, kale pasta, hen of the woods mushrooms, artichokes, capers, avocado oil and some veggies. You will be amazed!
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Kale pasta
1/2 pound Hen of the woods mushrooms (Maitake)
15 artichoke quarters and 1/8 cup of liquid from jar
1/2 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
2 TBS capers
3 TBS avocado oil
2 TBS BOOTLEG Rum Runner 6
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook noodles al dente cool and set aside
- In sauce pan sauté mushrooms, onion, garlic and green pepper in avocado oil until tender. Add Rum Runner 6, tomatoes, artichokes, capers and liquid. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
