Smoked Chicken Legs

1. Brine the legs for 3 hours in water, salt and BOOTLEG Rum Runner 6.
2. Season the legs with BOOTLEG Rum Runner 6 for a delayed heat.
3. Smoke the legs at 245 degrees for 2 hours.
4. Grill the legs a few minutes until skin is crispy.
