Smoked brisket and chicken...using a Weber charcoal grill??? Yes! You can smoke meat with a charcoal Weber grill using the snake method. Weber held consistent temp at 225 - 250. Seasoned with BOOTLEG Outlaw Surf & Turf and Rum Runner 6 added for a delayed heat. The brisket "tug" was perfect with a visible smoke ring and the chicken was flavorful and juicy.
